“Had to take my Nissan in for service and first impressions were good. Shop area is clean and the service counter staff is very helpful. The only draw back is the credit card service fee. It’s a cost of doing business, don’t pass it on to your customer, prices are too high already.”

Todd said "give me a minute, it would be way in the back if we have it", NO Snarky look, NO eyeball rolling, NO muttering to other employees.Returned 5 minutes later with two pieces in hand. "Let's go make sure one fits" as we walked to my car. Todd made sure it fit and charged me $3.54. GREAT EXPERIECE! I'll be back for all my auto needs.”

“What an absolute amazing experience from start to finish! I initially called to help out one of my son's friends who was having some tire issues and his job is to drive and he lives in Hartford. I spoke with Mitch who was absolutely amazing and made room for us to get the car in today. My son recently passed away and I really wanted to help his best friend get his vehicle fixed. Not only did they get us in, they did it super quick and Eugen who fixed the tires was such a pleasure. I think he's like a tire ninja, super fast and efficient! What an amazing employees to have on your team! Ed also at the desk was so nice and helpful. It is nice to have a wonderful department with such wonderful people in it. Keep up the great job Walmart! “I purchased a used Mach E from them, and I have had several opportunities to have the car serviced for TSBs and updates and every time I go there both CJ, the customer service representative, and Frank, the service manager, have gone well beyond my expectations. I have had a chance to speak to the tech working on my car, I have had personal attention from the service manager and CJ is always pleasant and helpful. Yes, the shop is busy, and I imagine they, like everyone else, don't have the staff they might like, but I have had excellent treatment from everyone there. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone!”
“Even though I think their sales dept. could do a much better job, pat their service manager is fricking awesome. took my Arcadia back in for some stuff I found wrong and he got the shit done. Most of all the fricking trailer was CLEANED. That's the way it should have been when I picked up the first time.
