I can tell you from my own experience I have never dealt with a bank as unprofessional as royal bank. My companies are currently in the process of moving everything out of royal bank and starting with a bigger more recognized bank such as BMO bank. This bank actually lost 4000 dollars of our funds and has not returned our phone calls. I strongly urge you not to deal with royal bank

Consumers and Businesses be aware of this banking institution! Royal bank cleared and cashed a duplicate check number with two different amounts on the same day a minute apart . One would think that this should have been a RED FLAG ! I’ve been in business for well over 30 years and never heard of such an occurrence happening before , what bank would have cleared this…. One check was my employee paycheck for over six hundred dollars and the other check was for three thousand and four hundred dollars to whoever…once again same check number same day and a minute apart from one another! When I called the bank for explanation they told me that they were going to look into this and apologized for the error, however almost four months later I still haven’t received any reimbursement of funds , Apparently the bank that cashed the check was bought out by another bank that won’t reimburse Royal Bank for the funds, so Royal Bank decided to not reimburse me my money , I’m out three thousand four hundred dollars ! FYI it’s ok if I take a loss but they didn’t want to take one….You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this type of negligence to happen to your business banking customers. I plan on putting my story along with all the facts in every Wisconsin news paper hence RIP OFF Report , stay tuned Royal Bank your not going to treat me like a second class citizen after stealing from me ! I will gladly spend my money on advertising your shady business shenanigans to the community along with the consumers of Wisconsin !

Very unresponsive. I'm a third-party vendor for this bank, and they have been very slow to respond and pay for services. I hope that everything is ok and everything works out for them.
