We stopped here overnight to take a break from driving and it was so much better than I expected for the price! The people were so kind, rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic. I will stay again if I am in the area!

Roadway was very clean. The room had a whirlpool tub and all the amenities including microwave and fridge. There was a complementary breakfast that looked really good. I didn't take time to enjoy it but it smelled good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when passing through! ☺

Carpet was falling out, service was bad, and beds had brown stains all over. No air in the halls and lobby and smells horrible.

Had bedbugs, was told by staff “no bugs.” Someone in our group had their reservation lost yet still got charged. We had pubes in our shower. DO NOT STAY.

Though the room smelled a little musty it was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. Given its location it was very quiet. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Exceptional service for me and my dogRooms: Clean and comfortable. Hot water with great water pressure

Disgusting dirty lobby to the point we left and canceled our reservation. This place has no right to call itself a choice hotel. Clean the walls so ppl think the rooms are clean.

Bugs, spiders crawling around on the floor in my room. Thin walls, not great for a light sleeper. Odd smells like bad food.

Had a small reservation problem, but resolved sufficiently. Rooms could be a little bit cleaner but not bad. Had stains on one sheet, but again, management adjusted the rate accordingly. Did not have the breakfast so can not comment. Comfortable bed.

Had issue with over billing and when called the hotel for follow up, the worker claimed that he had no way of taking care of issues. I asked for a manager name and return call back when a manager was on staff. Staff stated that he did not know who the manager was and then later stated that he did know but was against policy to give out managers name. Next day I did not receive a call back so i called back again and finally got to talk to a manager. Issue was solved but he was defensive right away and was complaining that the refund cost him 5% and he continued to yell the entire conversation. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially to someone who has booked multiple rooms for every week in the last 5 weeks. Also the printer was broken so i could not get receipts so I asked to get them emailed. I did not get the email so I asked again next week......NO EMAIL again! This hotel is in great location for us for our work, on hwy 29 so great access. Rooms were ok but other then that, i would not recommend staying if you didn't need to!

For a 2 star hotel I was pleasantly surprised. It would seem that the issues with the cleaning staff (from the reviews in the past 2 weeks) have been resolved. Our beds were clean, sheets smelled great. They sell pizza and Bottled Water at the front desk (nice perk) and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was *meh* but satisfactory. I would stay there again. The carpets need cleaned, but other than that, it was ?.

Will not stay here on our next trip to the area. Looked for bed bugs before we unpacked, first night sheets was very thin, but clean, next day left at 7:40 did not get back tell 8:30 at night got to the room. Bed not made and no fresh towels. Went to front desk got clean towels with no explanation. Next day same thing. I ask so if you stay for a week the room Don't get cleaned? The girl at the desk during the day has no personality and needs a new wardrobe. Breakfast was lite. No fruit just all carbs and sausage . didn't want to use the pool, it was not inviting. Not a good place. I guess for one night it would be OK. But not for us will drive farther and pay more for better service.

Our room was clean, so I was happy about that. A lot throughout the building is outdated. Given the location, I suspect they have hard and/or rusty water. When I saw a sign that said that they sold .50 cent bottles of water when checking in, I thought at first it was just a very kind amenity. However, when I washed my hands in our room's sink, and black mold blew off the faucet opening into the basin, I understood the cheap drinking water. Soundproofing is not great, but I doubt the place ever gets booked up enough for that to really matter. The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. They did have cereal and a waffle maker. However, they were out of sausage, and the egg-like disks were to be warmed in the microwave on styrofoam plates. One would also use styrofoam cups if they wanted to warm water for tea. I couldn't bring myself to drink the coffee due to not knowing what the water source was for that. With toast, bagels, English muffins and yogurt also available, one will not go hungry. Plus Kwik Trip is right across the street, and they have a wide range of food offerings, including Glazer doughnuts that give me life. The breakfast area's garbage lid was absolutely disgusting with such a build-up that takes at least weeks to get that way. It is the little things like that that cost nothing to spruce up. I'll forgive a stained wall or scuffed door. But a nasty garbage lid is not ok.On a positive note, the three staff members we encountered were all amazing, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome.Overall, if "okay enough" and "mostly clean" are acceptable to you, go for it. It's not posh, but it's not horrible either.

I would like to start by saying when we booked this hotel I knew it wasn't a four star hotel. We were just staying at the hotel because it was between our home and final destination and just needed a place to sleep for two nights. Our experience started by receiving a key to our room. Immediately we noticed the carpets everywhere were unkept and needed a good cleaning and vacuuming. The walls and ceilings looked like they hadn't been painted in or updated in 10-20 years. Then we get up to our room we open the door and realize either the room is still occupied, or it wasn't cleaned. We go to the front desk and the girl says a quick apology and said her coworker said it was clean. When we open the door everything looks alright. Then we go into the bathroom and see the mold or water stains between the ceiling and walls, the very dirty shower curtain, and shower head that you can tell had never been cleaned. Fast forward to the next morning. I take a shower and come out to dress and see a man's brown undershirt by our suitcase. Now I know this sounds crazy. We were on the third floor and we also had our door locked, but I seriously have no idea where it came from. I immediately told my daughter to go to the door as I looked under the bed to see if someone was there. Again, crazy I know. No person, but we did find a water bottle, lots of crumbs, and a piece of garbage. The side of the bed mattress was also grossly stained. Fast forward again to the next night after returning from MOA and our key no longer works in the door. We have to have the front desk person give us a new key. We were both apprehensive about going in after the shirt incident and the key not working, but all was clear in the room...lol Funny, but not funny. My daughter told me to not tell them about the shirt because we would sound crazy, but I told him anyway. He did in fact look at me like I was crazy. I would never stay here again. I will never be cheap about a hotel room ever again. This place stinks, literally, and is in dire need of being updated. I'm hoping I will have the option to leave photos with my review.
