I stopped in right at opening time to get a new battery for my SUV. John and the other staff were super friendly and helpful. John changed out my battery very quickly, tested my alternator to make sure I didn't have other issues going on, and sent me on my way. A wonderful experience!

Had an absolutely perfect experience! The manager, John was the most helpful person we could’ve had at the moment. Our electrical system warning light went on and he diagnosed the problem and hooked us up with a new alternator and called around to find us a mechanic that could get us back on the road at 5:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. Technically his shift was over and he was on his way out the door, but he stayed to make sure we could get back on the road trip. Couldn’t be more happy with the service John provided! Thank you a million times over John!

You have a crotchety old man working there. He also wears his uniform elsewhere and is an ahole all around. Not a good look to the business acting that way in your uniform. I know I won’t be going there anymore cause I don’t want to deal with having to see him. His name is Dan.

Traveling hours from home. Developed leak in tire. John at O'Reilly's in Abbotsford patched the leak and filled the tire with air. On my way to my destination in minutes. I can't thank you enough John.

As I was driving back to St. Paul on Wednesday night, I stopped off at the O'Reilly's in Abbotsford to pick up some new wiper blades. The experience could not have gone better. The salesperson, Karen, was fabulous in helping me pick out the right set of blades for my car AND she even installed them for me...... all with a fabulous smile and positive / helpful attitude. Give this girl a raise!!!In this world today of so many negative service-oriented experiences, it is refreshing to know there are still people like Karen to help out. If you get a chance, stop into O'Reilly's and let Karen take care of you.Thank you Karen for making my impromptu stop a positive experience.

The team at Abbotsford O'Reilly really came though for me today. Auto Parts open Sunday! Traveling with the wife, granddaughter, and three dogs when my 1999 F250 decides to spit out a spark plug and break the ignition module. O'Reilly had the parts and the staff had the expertise and tools to guide me through the parts selection and rethread. Back on the road in an hour. Thanks O'Reilly.

These guys are great. I've told all my friends to go to O'Reilly because of their customer service goes above and beyond. I had called 3 auto parts places before calling O'Reilly that wouldn't help me and O'Reilly not only helped me but changed my battery as well. Awesome customer service.
