Their parts driver just blew a red light not even attempting to slow or yield. Literally a snap of a fingers from t boning a family van full of kids. Sickening. 60 yr old driver. After that he decided to split lanes and drive down the middle of the road to where he returned into the Napa parking lot in his ford transit connect.

Failed to inform me my car battery was still under warranty. 3 people stood at their computers ignoring my presence for a good 5 minutes, no other customers there. Received no greeting. Not one person wore a mask. Finally a 4th person came out and helped me. He was nice. But didn't tell me my battery was still under warranty. Sold me a new one instead.
