She was the opposite of what we all fear a car dealer will be. She was so patient with me and my wife. We had a million questions, wanted to check out what other dealerships had, went back and forth between two cars, and Megan was down for the ride. I never felt less important just because I wasn't an easy sell. She was kind, hardworking, friendly, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. All caps because wow! “Took my car into service dept for a no start/no crank issue after I had personally worked to resolve it. Also had a check engine light with a code evident once it did start. Service advisor Steve told me it would be couple three days before they could look at it. Once I did hear from them, Steve said they cleared the light/code with the computer and told me it was a code stored from some time back and not a current issue. In relation to my no start/no crank issue, they said that it was a ground issue that I must had fixed in MY working on it. So, Steve said that car was ok to go and that I could come and get it. I asked him what the charge was, Steve said I owed them nothing because the didn't repair anything other than clearing a code. Wow!! Very surprising to hear this in today's world. I thanked Steve for his honesty!! Midway Ford had access to a "blank check" from me and had every opportunity to take advantage of me, but instead they chose the honest road and for that I am very thankful. I assured him that if/when I had another problem, they have earned the right to my business. Thank you Service Writer Steve!”
“Yes it's a bad credit place but, they was able to make a fair deal in a situation where other dealers would have probably outright denied us. Yes you still get the standard salesman vibe but they're honest and they'll answer any question you ask. So check with them you might not get the answer you want specifically but they'll give you an option. All in all that's a good fair dealership.”
“I recently purchased the car from JC Pre Owned they went over and above to help me secure financing because my credit was marginal with several other dealerships and it's almost like they were living in the time of day. I arrived at JC Pre Owned and was greeted by a salesman named Steve was more than happy to take the time to show me several different Subarus that they had in stock at the decided on a 2010 Forrester that I liked the buying process was very easy even though my credit was very marginal and credit score.the greatest. Returned the next day with a few pieces of paper to verify my income and job status and a small down payment and a security financing for me And have me driving in a very nice Subaru Forrester in about 30 minutes I have had the car now for about three months absolutely no problems with my Subaru Forrester would recommend them for purchasing a more reasonable price car and a $10,000 price range thank you again Steve and Chris for a quick and pain-free experience of purchasing a car.”
