The one woman that works the drive through some days, is absolutely mean. The attitude is ridiculous. The next time I see her working, I'm going elsewhere without stopping. It happens every time and not just to me. Everyone else is great.

I went through the drive thru on Christmas Eve and was asked to show my ID. When I handed her my Ohio ID she informed me she couldn't take it because it was expired. However, due to the pandemic the Governor Devine passed statue 404 that places an extension on Driver's Licenses & registrations that expired after March 2020, which mine did in Sept of 2020. The 1st extension was until December 1st & was further extended to July 1st 2021. I tried explaining this to the drive-thru attendant however, her response was in a very condescending & rude attitude was "Ma'am its not valid." Everytime I tried to say anything tahe cut me off and in her same negative attitude said the same thing repeatedly. She was rude and misinformed because according to the state of Ohio my driver's license is still valid through July 1st 2021. She told me I should have went to the BMV and renewed my license like she did. However this is against the wishes of the BMV who have asked people to not make that trip in order to keep the crowd down. Not to mention this women had no I idea what my situation has been the last few months and had no right telling me what I should or shouldn't have done. Its not her place to tell me that. Her only job is to take make order, check my ID, which is valid, and cash me out. I used to go in there all the time and it always had nice people in there working, but the last few times I've been in there thats not been the case. Ut would be a good idea to inform the employees that Ohio driver's license are valid through July 1st 2021 if they expired after March 3rd 2020 . Also a lesson in customer service and etiquette would do this women some good possibly. I wont go back.

My 7year old daughter wanted to use the restroom while my husband was outside pumping gas. I asked the clerk where the restroom was and was told there are no public restrooms. I don’t understand how someone can turn away a little girl who was desperately needing to use the bathroom! Never getting gas there again!

Well lit and hospitality staff, gas is always at great prices, and enough to pull in stations for plenty cars.
