“What can you say about an auto parts store? As it happens, a lot. This store is always there for me. Whenever I need a part for my car they have it or they can order it fast. The store is always bright and clean. The employees are ready to help. They will check your dash lights anytime with a smile. Take a walk in the store even if you need anything. That’s the best time to go inside. There are many things to buy that have nothing to do with mechanical malfunction or repairs. Take a look. You’ll thank me later!”
“Serpentine belt broke a few weeks ago on my way back to Va from Ohio with my wife and kids. Was able to stop in and use their parking lot to change it out. Very friendly service, gave me two flashlights for free and a pry bar as it was dark and getting after hours. Don’t know the two guys names that helped me but would give them five stars for service!”

“I found a used car being sold through this dealership on Car Gurus. They were very responsive after my initial inquiry and were always quick to answer my questions throughout the process. They were also so helpful in being able to take my trade in to contribute towards the purchase of the car. They also offered to have the car delivered to my address since I was coming from out of state. The entire process was completed within about three days. Garrett made the whole process so easy and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would absolutely do business here again whenever I have a need for a new or used car.”
“It was definitely a waiting game from the time I took my 2017 colorado in to have it diagnosed to ordering the parts which were on back order a few days but Cody handle everything very well from start to finish and whoever the mechanic was did an excellent job, my air conditioner is blowing ice cold and my windshield washer is working like it's brand new. The waiting game was annoying but my experience was awesome so pioneer Chevrolet will have future business from me. Business run well when you have good people working for ya, cody is a solid guy and the mechanic who did the work obviously know what he's doing.”

“I've taken vehicles in there for a variety of work. The work is always done quickly and well. And they are honest. I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.”

“Super helpful with checking part fit, ordering parts not in stock. They also test batteries and alternators & can even completely recharge your dead battery, which I have personally utilized many times. They install your wiper blades which I nice because that's a pain to do.”

“Two months after I bought my new car someone put a good scratch in the front drivers fender with their car door in a parking lot. I was lucky and was able to get this persons insurance information to get repairs completed. Jerry's was recommended to me by a few different friends. I called and was able to come in for an estimate the very next day. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I'd never had to go through insurance to get anything done before so this was a huge help! He got my estimate sent off to the insurance agency immediately. When I finally heard back from the insurance agency (not my own insurance) I was able to call Jerry and get an appointment to get my car repaired as soon as I was available to get my car in. Of course I had to set up things with the insurance agency and Enterprise for my rental. I dropped my car off late on a Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up late in the morning on a Wednesday. The repair work is excellent and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with the fender! I couldn't thank Jerry enough for restoring my car in such a reasonable time with such amazing work!”

“My battery went bad in my 2021 Jeep. I called and made an in person effort to get the battery replaced. Unfortunately they were unable to fit me in due to appointments. I left unsatisfied and defeated. Received a call from Mike Conley, the service manager. He personally delivered me a battery and stuck around to make sure it started. I was extremely surprised that he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t without a vehicle over the weekend. Thank you Mike Conley!!!”

But I didn't know what he was talking about...he told me to go to PSC they would help....soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with "How can I help you sir" I explained the problem and I am sure he knew I was no mechanic...but he figured out what, I needed and after my 2hr drive to my Stepson within ten minutes I was back in my Way home and so was my stepson...if it had not been for PSC I might still be trying to get my stepson and his truck home. Excellent service, knowledge and a a minimum cost to my wallet and my nerves .thanks again”
