Each time I've had to go into the "brick and mortar" store in my area, they have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I've had a much more pleasant experience with Verizon than I did with Appalachian Wireless

Jeremy of Verizon was the person who spent time working on my cell phone.
This person was and is unbelievable. After spending time replacing my SIM card? My phone is back up and working.
Fantastic Verizon representatives and a fantastic person.
It's obvious in this day and age how much we count on our cellular devices.
I'm not back as a part of the communications world thanks to Jeremy of Verizon!
