The manager, Brandi, the rating star only went to a 5, but deserves 10 smiley faces. She was extremely nice with helping me get my new 15 Pro max set up.

Each time I've had to go into the "brick and mortar" store in my area, they have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I've had a much more pleasant experience with Verizon than I did with Appalachian Wireless
