I was fired from this company today because of my ”performance”after being promoted to Sales Manager after having the best performance in the company for three years! Horrible ownership, and horrible environment. I would not advise anyone who wants their credit to stay in good shape to buy a car from this failing business.

Not trustworthy. A few weeks ago my wife saw a car there. We took it for a test drive, and then decided we wanted the car. My wife got an approval letter from our bank, showing we were approved for the entire amount, including tax, title and license. There was one hang up, involving a trade in that we needed to clear up, which would take a few days. They promised us they hold on to the car while we waited. Two days later they sent us a text, yes a text message, saying that since we hadn't put a deposit down, they had sold the car. They never asked us for a deposit! Had they asked we would have gladly put one down. My advice to you is to get anything they tell you in writing: because they lie to their customers.

I would give zero stars if possible, but the system will not allow me to do so. This place is full of individuals who have no concern at all for how this business is ran or how it's conducted. Be warned they don't even know to handle tires on a vehicle. Piss poor excuse of a car dealership. You all wonder why nobody local gives you business. That has to be earned by GOOD & QUALITY customer service, which you all lack all together.

Called parts department to trying and get apart faster there maybe had one in stock instead got told there was no such part. Wanted to sell me a fuel pump. I oder the part from Napa. But called the guy back on the work phone hear and tried to explain to him again. Got hung up on used my cell got hung up on. Tried work phone again after explaining the part and truck everytime got hung up on. Keep saying loss me. Dude called from a land line still keeps hanging up after I explain to them the part.

Horrible experience they’ve had my car since November 2022 still no success after charging me $3500 and still have my car and still has the original problem they will not give me the owners number , having the attorney general to help make it right , stay away from this place

Was very disappointed in the lack of concern on the value of my time without my car. Vehicle was brought in on a Friday morning with an appointment and was not informed till 1 hr before closing that the vehicle would not be looked at till Monday "tech it was assigned to got backed up one the before it " ?
