But Les is a super nice guy, and he had a gallon of it hanging around the garage and he gave it to me for free and pointed me in the right direction of a place who could service my car with the fluid, saving me a lot of money! And he got nothing out of it other than my gratitude.

“I am an 81 year old goat with a bad knee and bad hip. I took my Nissan Maxima to Western Maryland Collision Center to have the front bumper cover and fender liners replaced. When they finished the repair they cleaned the car inside and out. I so much appreciate this because I have not been able to carry my vacuum cleaner down the stairs to my basement garage for over a year and the inside of my car was a mess when I took it to them and spotless when I got it back. That attention to detail really touched me. God bless you all.”
“While recently traveling on 4th of July weekend, our car overheated. AAA had us towed to a garage that hadn't been in this town for 10 yrs. We took a chance and went to Timbrook Nissan. They went above and beyond helping us out. They called a car rental. Chris called us that evening and said it was just a broken hose. “To say that this buying experience was literally a joy is an understatement. I was very skeptical in dealing with a car dealer in my local area. I’ve just not had great experiences. I knew when Kristi Scott responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening that things were going to be different. I had researched what I wanted, knew what I would pay, and knew what my trade-in was worth. I was counting on just test driving a car, going home to give it some thought, and going back and maybe buying it later. Of course, after I test drove it, I wanted it. Kristi answered all of my questions. She was professional and had me laughing and smiling most of my visit. Weimer gave me a trade-in that even the “out of towners” couldn’t match. I figured we would talk numbers and I would come back the next day to buy a car. No. Kristi gathered all of the information and set me up with Helen (who is just as funny btw) and these girls were going to send me home with my new car the same evening. The entire process took about an hour and fifteen minutes (only because I had to unlock my credit bureaus so they could run my credit). Otherwise, it would have only taken an hour. So basically, I got some good financial information, a great trade-in, a great deal, and a great vehicle! What’s not to love about that? Kristi, Helen, and Weimer Chevrolet…you all rock!”

They painted the entire right side of my car. I dont know the name of the painter but he/she did an amazing job. The paint looks better than the factory paint. “Without a doubt this had to be the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a repair shop. I'm old enough to have a lot of visits under my belt. I had an appointment for a Maryland State Inspection. I showed up on time and they immediately took the vehicle with a "Thank You". I was told it would be about an hour and 45 minutes later I was out the door. He even checked the tint % of the back windows so I could make sure the front windows weren't darker. Great Job”

“Checked with a couple of local body shops to do some rust repair on my truck. Most of them only wanted to do collision work. Lewis was recommended by one of these shops. They took a look at it and made some recommendations. I made an appointment to bring it back for them to do the work. They came in under budget and ahead of time. Truck looked like new.
