This place is so special! My friends and I decided to treat ourselves to lunch, massages and some time in the salt cave (halotherapy). What a beautiful location! I selected the Berry Avocado salad and we dined outside to enjoy the view. I absolutely loved my salad (I added chicken). Then, off to our massages. I went with an 80 minute deep tissue and my therapist was absolutely fantastic! I have been receiving monthly massages which help relieve my back and neck pain, and this session was one of my favorites. She focused on my head, shoulders and hips and I felt so better after her deep tissue work. To end our afternoon, we spent an hour in the salt cave. Lucky for us, no one else was booked so my friends and I had it to ourselves. the zero gravity chairs, clean air, and serene space provide a relaxing and healing experience. Highly recommend this place - I can't wait to return and repeat it all over again!

This was an AMAZING experience! From the first phone call to Brad, to the time we checked in, and all the services we had; the Cafe, the salt cave, the lodge, massages, foot soaks, etc etc I never experienced anything bad. It was just what I needed! I highly recommend a trip to the Salt Cave and Spa as soon as you can! Thanks Lindsey and Amanda!

Our group had a positively wonderful time at the salt cave and spa! The “Mountain Memories” package is transcendent! After nearly an hour in the relaxing salt cave, we enjoyed some refreshing snacks, a foot soak, scrub, mask, and lovely 50-minute massage. Tessa was a phenomenal masseuse, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had - the whole experience was so relaxing. Shelley worked wonders on my husband’s back - would highly recommend!

Coming to the Salt Cave has become an annual tradition for us - this was our third visit and it didn't disappoint. This place is relaxing and fantastic. We did the mountain bliss (as a couple) package - foot soak, mask, snacks, hair and scalp massage and a dreamy massage followed by a relaxation session in the salt cave (and a short restorative nap in the zero gravity chairs) What a treat! Relaxing, nourishing, and soothing in every way! Lindsay and Megan were our therapists and they knocked it out of the park...go see them, they are the best. I had the tea special - Remed Tea with fresh ginger (warming and fantastic on a cold day), husband has the strawberry shortcake smoothie - which he loved too! Looking forward to our next retreat here soon! This place is a gem!

The absolute best birthday gift ever. Shelley and Lindsey made us feel comfortable and truly made the experience amazing.. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a memory and relax while being pampered ?. Thanks to my daughter for best gift ever!!! Would make someone that has everything a fantastic gift!!!! I love the salt cave experience and the ambience of being in a real cave. Beautiful interior and soothing music. Reasonable cost. I wish they still offered a free cup of tea...I miss the tea.
