They still have this up, but it's not true. They lock the gate at 10 now. No warning to tenants. Now I have to explain to my boss why I'm not at work tomorrow because I couldn't get my tools. Unbelievable.

This was the second time I rented a unit. The first time was climate controlled and we had it over a year with no issues and were very satisfied with both the unit and their customer service (the first time we used their onsite kiosk). Based on that experience we decided to use them again when we needed temporary extra storage . Only this time there was no kiosk so we called and did the transaction over the phone with a very nice lady. We were charged a $25 admin fee, first month (prorated) and second month up front for a total of $213. The very next day I called them back to cancel due to unforeseen issues and was only refunded $180. They kept the admin fee and a pro-rated 1 day fee for a unit I never touched or had even signed a contract for. We hadn’t yet signed the contract they emailed us the day before but the nice lady who took care of our order explained she had to contact her supervisor to see if she could refund ANY of our money...When I explained we hadn’t even signed their contract yet - she said she was sorry but she had to do what her boss told her to do. I was disappointed since it had barely been 24 hrs and we hadn’t signed the contract or entered the unit yet. But we didn’t argue. All I could do was tell her I didn’t think it was fair to take our money - even $33 -for ZERO usage. ??♀️ Not sure I will be using this company again in the future- if I ever need a storage unit again. And I will definitely tell anyone who asks about renting one that they better be 100% certain before making that call. Because if they change their minds less than a day later they’ll be out a chunk of the rental fee even before they’ve Officially signed their contract. As far as the cleanliness of their climate controlled units? The one we used last time was very clean. We didn’t even see this one so I can’t give a rating on that one. Overall- they will be only getting 3 stars when they could have had 5 if they hadn’t kept my money “for nothing”. They take your money out of your account immediately and they don’t really care about the contract so much being signed if you dare to change your mind a few hours later- they don’t want to let go of your money. Just a friendly warning for those who may change your mind- make sure you know your situation before you give them money. ??♀️

Staff is very helpful, and buildings are always clean. Customer service is the best.
