Was driving back to Ohio from vacation in Virginia when I experienced some car trouble. Stopped by to have them scan the codes that caused the warning light to go off. The entire staff jumped in to help me out. Scanned the codes, discussed the problem with my mechanic back in Ohio, called local shops around town to see who could fix me up, let my dog come into the air conditioned shop, etc. Turns out what was initially thought to be a major malfunction turned out to be a disconnected hose - which they found and fixed. The entire shop - including the owner, all pitched in to help me out for over an hour for what turned out to be a $1.00 sale for a clamp! These guys were all great and I can't thank them enough! You all did the NAPA name proud!
