The left bay of the Softouch automatic ate $7 of my money and wouldn’t take any more to pay for the wash I was trying to buy. Then the armor all sponge machine took $1 w/out giving the product as well. Both posted service phone numbers are out of service. That’s convenient…?

Went through touchless, came out worse than I went in, some sealer went on at end just streaked all over, don’t waste your money, I called, line disconnected.

Visiting from out of state, tried to wash my truck here on May 19, 2023. I put $12 cash in the machine for a good wash, pulled forward as instructed by the machine. The machine never did turn on, I circled back around same thing machine said pull forward for your wash, I pulled forward the machine would never start. I offered my wash to the lady waiting next in line since it wouldn't work for me. She pulled forward as it was instructing, it would not start for her vehicle either. I contacted the number 540-969-9483 on the machine (when he got back to me 3 days later) at the car wash he offered me a free wash, but as I said, I am from out of state as I have told him! We have been going back-and-forth since May 19, 2023. I was told on June 26, 2023 the owner would mail me a refund. Today Aug 1, 2023 still nothing from management. Definitely reporting to the BBB

I used the automatic washing feature for $12.00 It put suds on the car and then totally stopped with no rinse, wax or dry. The posted phone numbers are non-working and there is no website listed at the site or on-line

I authorized $2 for a wash (handheld pressure wash) and used it for less than 2 minutes and was charged $20. Do not use your debit or credit card here...

This is a horrible car wash. Says it is under new management. Where are they? Twice in the past week I have tried to use the automatic car wash. The right one is always out of service. The first failure a couple of weeks ago I paid the $10.00, then the wash did absolutely nothing. Just sat there. Yesterday, I paid the $10.00 and it made a pass over my car with soap then told me to exit. I have no wasted $20.00 here and gotten no car wash whatsoever. There is no way to contact the owners and no way to get your money back. This car wash is a disaster!

I detail cars and I’m staying in the area temporarily. I have never, ever, ever seen a self service car wash this terrible. I wouldn’t go there if they paid *me*. There were leaks in every hose, the pressure was awful, barely enough to remove surface dirt on a ceramic coated car. The bay was absolutely filthy, trash and hay and mud everywhere. I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review for any business and I generally don’t care but this was a truly abysmal service. Do not go here, drive the extra few miles to any other car wash.
