I had a fantastic experience at Winston Wheels & Tires! The team went above and beyond by advising me that the tires on my truck were better than the ones I brought in for replacement. Their honesty and genuine help saved me money and showed their integrity. I highly appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend them for their excellent service!

My 2001 Ford Explorer truck needed an inspection sticker. Winston Wheels and tires very efficient took me in right away. Will be back for other services as of tires and oil change and maintenance. I recommend them. I might add very friendly business.

I have been a customer of Winston Wheels and Tires for several years with mixed results. Typically they are well priced and fair but not always the best service. They are very close to my house and convenient. My last 2 service request has changed my opinion. My wife's well maintained (by Winston's) 2014 Jeep was rejected for a state inspection and we were provided a $2200 quote of maintenance, later changed to $1200 after a "mistake" on their part was identified. We had the maintenance taken care of but got her Jeep back without an alignment. We were also charged for a headlight bulb when her lights are LED, huh? It can't be driven it shakes and pulls so bad and they stat they cannot align it for another week or so. I then brought my daughters older car in, which has been brought there year after year. Items were pointed out as failing state inspection that have not changed on the car for years. All vehicles require maintenance but the changes in Winston Wheel and Tire services feels like they are attempting to get as much out of their customers on each visit. I had not previously felt like I was attempted to be taken advantage of at Winston's until the last 2 visits. The attempts to overcharge and overquote along with subpar service has brought me to a point of not trusting Winston Wheel and Tire with my family's vehicles from this point.

My inspection was past due and I needed an appointment quickly. Winston's is located in my neighborhood so I took a chance and went in. They were very cordial. I was told that they could assist me in 45 minutes. So........I went home and got the vehicle and returned.They completed the inspection without incident. They also operate a new post office, FedEx- UPS store which I used and highly recommend.

These people are truly genuine. We needed a tire and beyond the tire some other things went wrong. They helped us and got what we needed, even working through lunch. If you in the Fairmont, West Virginia area and need tires, brakes, or many other car services please check them out.

This is a great shop in Whitehall. Their appointments usually run on time, and staff is cheerful. This is an honest tire and mechanic shop to take your vehicle to.

I'm from out of town had my battery cables cleaned and tightened the next day had them fix it again with a new battery and recleaned and retightened because they where still loose and dirty will think hard before I go back
