US Cellular in Whitehall is terrible. The gentlemen in there were not helpful when a friend of mine broke her phone screen. All they did was hand her a phone number. Didn’t explain the process to file a claim or anything. Would not recommend doing US Cellular business at that store.

Switched to us cellular from tmobile our bill was supose to be $240. And the guy justin gave us a care bundle. Well turns out he wasn't doing it to be nice he picked out the most expensive stuff they had put it in a bag and said he gives it to all new customers! We are now charged extra $400 on our bill . So now we pay almost 270 when we said if it's under 240 that's what we'll do we didn't want the higher plan for 260 we chose 240 to be lowest he said that was everything included! I also took everything back after realizing I'm being charged for the stuff he picked out. We didn't ask for! And they wouldn't take it back because it's over 15 days. How was I supose to know I was being charged more than I was told with in 15 days! Scam. I'd rather switch back to t mobile.

I wanted the world too know how this company is robbing people blind in WV, the poor state in the U.S. T mobile, Verizon, or Att never charged me with this ridiculous deposit ever. I tried to to get their home internet for 50 bucks a month. TMOBILE dont reach here. The router was 399.00 retail. This company wanted to charge me 550 dollars deposit down for home internet. Talk about greed! If enough people stop giving their college funds away to these robbers, they would have start charging people a fair price. 550 I could use for down payment on my car. It's not the stores fault. They were forced to take the peoples hard earned money.

Mixed emotions about this place. I have had good experiences and bad. I will say to not trust salesman, make sure you read contract agreements. I thought I could trust the guy and when our bill came, we had several extra charges. When we went back, management changed and the employee said sorry that he must not have explained everything well enough but said he couldn't change the bill now. My bill went up almost 100$ and now I'm stuck with it. But past experiences have all been good, so just be cautious and take the time to read the fine print.

they charge you 130 a month for garbage. our data never works or our hotspot despite resetting phone several times horrible service. we had better luck with cricket than this ?️.
