I took my car in for an oil change, and maintenance work and safety inspection. I live 20 miles away and was told they did not do the inspection on the weekend, so I took the morning off work to take my vehicle into the shop. The next day, I realized they negelcted to completed the safety inspection. I called to let them know. The only accomadation they offered was to say I could bring it back in and they would complete it that day and they would give me a credit against the next oil change. I asked them to credit the work I had done the previous day for the amount of the safety inspection so I could get it inspected closer to home and not have to drive out of my way and take further time off of work. The manager did not seem happy but said he would check and get back to me which he never did. I will not be going back to them.
A further complaint was that they charged me a service fee to use my credit card to pay for my service.

Waited 3 hours for an "express" oil change. Rotated tires and did recall work without my knowledge. My time is just as valuable as the next person's and I will not be returning for service unless it is a last resort.

The wonderful service department has saved me again! An appointment in 3 days when other dealers were 2 weeks out! They replaced the fuel pump on my 2014 Dodge Charger. When it was put on backorder from Chrysler they found one locally! Thanks again for the great caring service you have provided me for ten years! Top notch service team! ? When I need a new car Urse is the only place I will shop.

I drive from Morgantown to Urse Dodge, b/c I always get good service here. They honestly go above and beyond average service. The Morgantown Jeep dealership… Well, let’s just say they don’t show the same commitment to service. In 2019 I was having an issue with my brand new Jeep for nearly 18 months. I took it to the Morgantown Jeep dealership 3x.. no help. The very first time I went in to Urse Dodge, they explained things to me, and fixed the problem. Whereas Morgantown repeatedly told me there was no problem to fix. I also took the opportunity to test drive the nude hybrid jeep Wrangler, which is gorgeous. For sales experience. Ask for Amanda for sales. Aces!! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. For the service part of my visit, Kendra was amazing and was such a pleasure to be helped by. It’s so nice when a workplace has an obvious air of good vibes. Things like that are important to me. Urse has great vibes!
