I love going to PetWorks! They have most of everything I need. I typically go to the one in Morgantown but it’s nice having one in Fairmont close to where I work; sometimes they have stuff that I can’t find at the Morgantown location so that’s nice!

I am so thankful to have Pet Works as my local pet store. The store is always so clean & organized. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of toys, treats, cosmetics and food for canine, feline and other critters. I love their dog washing stations as well. They offer a variety of shampoos to sample as well as provide drying towels for your pets. I appreciate their rewards system for dedicated customers. I highly recommend Pet Works for all of your precious pets needs!

Basically walked in encountered the sales person who , when I asked if they carried the product I was looking for, she said that that it was low end, and that Target carried it, I said yes Walmart sold it also, she said her point was that it was low end.Ok , so you insult me by making sure I know you don't sell it here because it's "LOW END"Why not just say no we don't, but we sell this product from the same company.I can see why they need help, good luck finding someone who wants to work with her.

This store is always so clean and they have such nice toys and treats! All the employees are friendly and helpful and Chance loves how quick and easy it is now to take a bath at this location!

The associates and owner are extremely nice and helpful. If for some reason something isn't in-stock they check thier other locations and have it for you quickly ( a day or 2). I don't go anywhere else for my dog supply needs. Love them and recommend them to anyone.

I love this pet store! It's conveniently located in White Hall and they are always stocked with the special food my fur babies need. The associates are always friendly and helpful. They also have the cutest toys. Love this store!
