“Very nice staff! My mom wanted to get a birthday cookie for our dog last night. After some unexpected delays, we didn't end up making it to the pet store until 8pm..right as they were set to close.Watching the poor kid working in the store literally run for the door to lock it as my mom ran across the parking lot to try to get in was a high point in my night. I'd have left 5 stars just for the entertainment factor of that experience, but a different worker was kind enough to unlock the door and let my mom get the birthday cookie, so I'm also leaving 5 stars for the kindness of that lady. She didn't have to unlock the door for my mom, and we wouldn't have blamed her if she hadn't.”

“We always take our dog here. They do an excellent job, but really wish they didn't keep him so late in the evening to pick up. It's often 9 pm or later. Not a complaint- just wish the pickup hours were better”

“I love going to PetWorks! They have most of everything I need. I typically go to the one in Morgantown but it’s nice having one in Fairmont close to where I work; sometimes they have stuff that I can’t find at the Morgantown location so that’s nice!”
