If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. Management here is very unprofessional but I guess that’s what you get when you hire young inexperienced people, and it shows. On top of that I have been through the drive thru multiple times and two girls there were extremely rude. One being at the window where the older teller there was very short with me and had an attitude while also playing on her phone. Another time one of the girls through the speaker didn’t say hello or goodbye and was rude. Everyone seems to have an attitude. Will not be coming back to this location. Do better!

Literally sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru when cashing a pay vheck.. I was Completely ignored!! Finally asked the the teller is there a problem?? He replied they had problems getting into a account.. Would've been really nice to have been told this while sitting in my car and now it's been 45 minutes and still not cashed!!!

The Elm Grove branch has the worst staff of any bank anywhere. The branch manager Charles does a terrible job and it shows. How this person became a manager is questionable. Must be a family member of someone higher up.

What bank closes its lobby at 4 pm. Really. And to top it off some half hour time of 5 30 for the drive thru. Which lets face it, isnt even all that convenient to get to.
