If you value your time or account security, then this is NOT the bank for you. Everyone you speak with over the phone is rude and no one is willing to help when they’re the ones inconveniencing you. You don’t have access to an account number ANYWHERE except going and asking the bank or calling them to sit on hold forever and talk to some rude woman lecturing you on their policies. I’ve never seen a bank so uninterested, disorganized, and inconvenient as this one. It’s only gotten worse over the years, so I don’t see it getting better either.

Waited 10 mins at the drive thru window while the teller counted money, ignoring me at 4:30 7/29/19. I had to drive off. Thinking about finding another bank now.

Just had the transfer from United happen over the weekend....I cannot get into my online account....I have been using that method for several years since it was Citizens Bank!!!! I am not opposed to change as long as it is for the better....but today I was on hold 40 minutes and called the local branch on my other phone....they are supposed to call me back....not too hopeful.....locked out of my online account....won't recognize my info....GRRRRRRR!!!!!!

My ATM card and account were jacked for $2000 in a different county. 2 months bwing blowed off. They could have cares less and have done nothing to help. Had to contact the Attorney General. F*** Wesbanco.

I've banked with wesbanco for a few years now and I have never had any issues.. but I travel a lot through different states and issues do arise in that situation.. I had an issue with my card getting declined and had a car in the shop I needed to get out that night..I pulled up to this branch and the closed sign was in the window. Granted, they just put it up.. but either way still closed. The teller there was a God send! She still helped me get a new card so I could get my car! Yes, she could have turned me away considering they were after hours, but she didn't. Thank you wesbanco and the wonderful customer service you provide!
