Horrible bank. Refuses to take a payment over phone and if you don’t have an account it’s impossible to pay online!!! Then you get charged fees like crazy when they refuse to take your payment!!!! Worst mistake of my life using this bank!!!!

Don't get a car loan unless you have an account with them - you'll have no way of paying the loan with their "new and improved" website.
