Multi/Poo had a tick in his ear. Called & Nancy told us to come anytime and the technician would take care of Cooper. We got ready & was over there in an hour. He's only 14 months old and I knew the problems that come with a tick bite.
Walked in and Nancy got the tech up front, & Cooper went right with her. 15 min later she and another tech, brought him back to us. The one gal had a tweeser with something in it. She kinda laughed and said here's the *non* tick. Seems like it was a huge brown hunk of wax and ear hair !!! Felt kinda silly, but when it comes to stuff like this, I'll leave it to the pros @ Key...she cleaned both ears too.”
“I had taken my lizard here when I knew the outcome was not going to be good. Everyone here was very kind and compassionate and I even received a condolences card in the mail afterwards. Yes, we waited a long time, but that happens at an UC/ER place when more urgent patients come in and I do not fault the employees for that. Overall, my experience was fantastic given the circumstances.”
