Beware United customers! My wife and I have been dealing with a fraudulent charge we found on our account over a week ago and United Bank has yet to credit it back to our account plus their fraud department is NOT customer based so you cannot speak to them. My wife and I have both experienced fraudulent charges while at 2 different banks before we got married and those two banks immediately credited both our accounts while they handled the fraud claim. Plus their fraud departments were customer based so you could speak to someone at any time

I walk in to get my card activated because I did not receive an activation code in the mail. The lady asks me how she can help. I explain the situation, meanwhile she has not made eye contact with me she’s scrolling on her computer so I’m assuming she’s looking for a way to help me. She then looks up a couple seconds after I get done talking and said there is nothing she can do about it. I leave go to another United bank (downtown) and they helped me in SECONDS !!I will never go back to Bethlehem Branch , they are rude and lazy. Such a shame.
