Exceptional senior staff go out of their way to make banking easy. Apparenrly I was one of several people to go to United after a poor experience at Chase (Baemae Pl.). United focuses on building customer relationships. Not only did I receive friendly personal service, but the staff went to great lengths to make banking easy. They emailed me forms. When a teller gave wrong information, the staff drove to my home to pick up the check to complete the transaction without any extra work on my part. I completely recommend United Bank!

My wife and I have been dealing with a fraudulent charge we found on our account a week ago and United Bank has yet to credit it back to our account plus their fraud department is NOT customer based so you cannot speak to them. My wife and I have both experienced fraudulent charges while at 2 different banks before we got married and those two banks immediately credited both our accounts while they handled the fraud claim. Plus their fraud departments were customer based so you could speak to someone at any time

I am a waitress n every couple days I need to go to an ATM after work n deposit money in my account. This bank has a brand new ATM and already the deposit option isn't working! I live in the Oglebay area, so it's very frustrating that I have to drive either downtown or to Bethlehem just to deposit my money.

From the time I walked in, I felt as if I were being pushed out the door. I opened an account and the guy handed me all the paperwork before I left, no paperclip or folder, just a handful of loose pages. He didn't introduce himself or attempt to shake my hand or anything. Just all around Rude. He didn't even put my phone number in correctly. Now I have to go back in and try to get it changed because I can't even sign in to my online banking without the correct phone number linked to my account. Very inconvenient.

Bellaire ohio branch very rude people work there was told. My my mom could add. Me to her savings account since i could not make it during week they told me they would work with me through drive through window to meet my needs the woman with short hair says our manager is a man she did not say im sorry just walked away window no bye no nothing I'm almost tempted pull my money out and go somewhere else maybe change bank name to United rude bank .they must hire anyone cause they are not professional at all!!!!
