Low water pressure didn’t even get soap off my car had to drive to a different car wash to clean. No website to contact for refund!

The bay I was gonna use took my quarters but that's it. Not to happy with that. I'll never go there again. I wash my vehicle every weekend to keep it nice and I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Had a small amount of dirt on my truck..The "onsite attendant" immediately came over and told me I had to wash the bay out after use due to the amount of dirt and they don't allow dirty vehicles. Washed out the bay afterwards which ended up being cleaner than the other bays when I was done.Low pressure wash so I had to go through the automatic also just to speed up the process.. Afterwards I went to use the vacuum cleaner. Vacuum allowed me to pay but was out of service.Went looking for the attendant but he was hiding somewhere apparently because I spent about 10 minutes looking for him. Tried calling the number on the website but it's disconnected. Used to use this carwash every weekend but will definitely not be back. User beware. LOW PRESSURE and dirty bays due to the "attendant not doing his job". Would love to chat with the owner but assuming by all the bad reviews he's very well aware of the issues with the car wash. Judging by the amount of cameras on site someone knows what's going on. Black Ford F350 10/23/22 around 9:30 A.M. using the second bay, the automatic,and tried to use a vacuum.

Pulled up to a dirty lot to clean my car out and as I’m cleaning my car the attendant came up and cussed me out calling me dirty. I had a few cups I needed to throw out and did not make the mess and told him that. He proceeded to yell some more and started hitting my car with the broom while he aggressively swept under my car. This is my last visit ever to that car wash.Services: Full body wash

This is the second and the last time I will go to this car wash. I pay for the best car wash and my windshield is still dirty and the back of my car wasn't touched. The vacuum hardly had any suction. I have learned a lesson here, I should of learned that lesson the first time this happened. Waste of money. I will not use your car wash again.

Paid for the $11 auto wash, and it never rinsed the driver side of the car, the air dry, or the rain-x. Then i had to go and pay to use manual bay just to hose my car off to get soap off of it.
