“Great for last minute shopping lists & a quick bite to eat! Subway and pizza place to eat, Kroger for groceries, and Goodwill for household decorations, toys, clothes, etc.”
“The Highlands is a good shopping area complete with a movie theater and wellness center. There are your standard "strip mall" shops like TJ Maxx, Petco, Bath & Body Works, and TMobile, amongst others. Plus, there are bigger stores like Cabelas, Target, Walmart, Menards, Best Buy, JC Penney, and Hobby Lobby. Several doctors' offices, restaurants, and hotels lie within the relatively small acreage. The only thing missing is a classic "drug store" you can run in to get medicine or a 12 pack of soda. I always seem to spend more time in Target, and gas stations like Sheetz are too expensive for those purchases. Overall, there is a multitude of shopping in a small space, and I think it's a strong economic contribution to the Wheeling area.”
“Most any store you could want to shop at. The Hobby Lobby store is particularly nice. Visit and you will not be disappointed. One of the great stores is Cabela's, SUPER GOOD! Also try Primanti Brothers Restaurant its very good!”

“We stopped here on our travels and had no idea what to expect. We grabbed some tea, and a blackberry lavender latte, and walked through several shops and the whole market is filled with goodness! From the beautiful artwork to the awesome food! I loved the meat and cheese, all of the beautiful flowers and plants . Such a great stop!! Prices were very reasonable!l”
