Multi/Poo had a tick in his ear. Called & Nancy told us to come anytime and the technician would take care of Cooper. We got ready & was over there in an hour. He's only 14 months old and I knew the problems that come with a tick bite.
Walked in and Nancy got the tech up front, & Cooper went right with her. 15 min later she and another tech, brought him back to us. The one gal had a tweeser with something in it. She kinda laughed and said here's the *non* tick. Seems like it was a huge brown hunk of wax and ear hair !!! Felt kinda silly, but when it comes to stuff like this, I'll leave it to the pros @ Key...she cleaned both ears too.

Animal Urgent Care Center
4201 Wood St Suite 1, WheelingI had taken my lizard here when I knew the outcome was not going to be good. Everyone here was very kind and compassionate and I even received a condolences card in the mail afterwards. Yes, we waited a long time, but that happens at an UC/ER place when more urgent patients come in and I do not fault the employees for that. Overall, my experience was fantastic given the circumstances.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. I called the day she was in to check on her and the staff got back to me within the hour. I was able to add on an ice cream treat no problem. It wasn’t expensive either. Would def recommend!!

2145 Market St, WheelingWas our first time there and was quite surprised. The place is very comfortable and fun to look at all the photos. We had the Strawberry Brie-Zze With Turkey and the Blue Bayou. We felt the portions were very big. Both were great sandwiches and messy good. We would definitely eat here again and would recommend that you try it also.

Parking: Smaller lot. No issue when we were there but sure it can be crazy during peak seasons.
