Nicky's Garden Center is an amazing and atmospheric cafe in a town which I am proud to call my home. I went there nearly last year with my mother and we got served some amazing drinks and cheesecake. I would say this is a must visit for anybody coming to Wheeling, West Virginia. Just being there we felt very welcome, and every room is very cozy.

I called from out-of-state on a busy Saturday morning in September to ask whether the garden center had pre-planted pots of fall mums to order for my older parents. Yes, they do! I first asked whether this is a good time to call because it's a busy Saturday in September and my order could wait. The very kind person I spoke with said yes it's busy, and they're getting ready for a wedding in the afternoon, but he would be glad to take my order. He described the lattice-style re-plantable pots and helped me select some over the phone (no pressure). They deliver, and delivery charge was reasonable. My parents were delighted with the delivery (arrived when promised) and I think it may have been the same kind person who delivered as who took the order. The mums, he explained to my parents, will continue to bloom through the fall. Would very much recommend this garden center.

Absolute pocket of wonder and serenity in the back garden! Grab lunch across the street, a book, a friend, your laptop for a zoom or just yourself and float through the darling bricklayered path to a special oasis! Bring home a new plant to remind you of your time there...highly worth the peek and stay! (And love the wallpaper in the front shop!)

Beautiful boutique garden shop wirh on-site cafe offering coffee, espresso and baked goods, and commercial plant sales operaring out of a restored historical farmhouse and estate.The curated grounds of the farmhouse, including an outdoor train display and playground, make this a delightful destination in the growing season and throughout the year.

Always love visiting and ALWAYS fall in love with something! Every plant or tree I have ever purchased from them has flourished. Their milkweed plants have made our neighborhood a Monarch Butterfly paradise and are beautiful in our landscape.

Great selection of annuals and perennials you won't see at the "Big Box" garden centers. A very friendly and helpful staff. Nicky's has a nice coffee shop on the premises with lots of really cool accent pieces and neat stuff. I prefer to support local people and businesses.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughters had a great time pulling the wagon while we went from green house to green house. They had a great variety and some of the most beautiful hanging baskets. This is our go to place and the kids loved the little park they had outside the coffee shop❤❤

Jennifer was amazing!! She took a picture my mom had off Pinterest and picked out the best type of flowers for what she wanted for the window boxes! I can’t wait to see how they turn on. Everyone was super friendly and they have a huge selection. Love this place!
