I contacted the owner with very little notice and she worked me in exactly when I needed with Destiny. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service! Destiny was knowledgeable, professional, so welcoming, and kind. This is the best my hair has felt in a very long time!Services: Hair coloring

it's been a couple of months but I had a negative experience that still bothers me today, so I'm going to let it out and maybe it will go away ... the stylist barley cut my hair (when I stood up to leave there was Very little on the floor) .. she pulled the hell out of it blow drying it into a style that looked OK when I left but essentially I way over paid for a slight trim ... but what bothers me most was the condescending, dismissive attitude I received, pretty much throughout the whole 25 minutes or so that I was there .. nice place

Horrible service. My hair was clearly uneven, and had chunks missing because sections were cut accidentally shorter than they should’ve been. I went back to show the manager and she was rude and bothered.She tried to blame me for styling it incorrectly (it was straight).I Posted pictures and a polite honest review and she was rude in the comments on there. My hair did not end up fixed, I was not refunded but rather treated poorly and told it would have to grow out. The owner admitted to making the same mistakes two weeks ago on someone else’s hair. I would not recommend. I wish I could post pictures with this review.

Love Meraki!! Love the employees! Love the whole salon in general! They do amazing work and always a nice, relaxing experience! These girls know what they are doing and are awesome at offering suggestions. Truly know their profession inside and out! I can always count on leaving satisfied and my hair looking amazing! Great work ladies!

I would not recommend this salon. My granddaughter left in tears and drove directly to CLOUD 9 to have her color fixed. When the manager was called she would not do anything about it. She believed her new unexperienced stylist. Moral of this story is just go to CLOUD 9 if you want the best.

I cannot recommend Meraki enough, especially for future brides! Ciarra did my hair for my rehearsal dinner and she and Hannah did a wonderful job on all of my bridal party's hair for the day of the wedding. Everyone left looking beautiful! The prices are very reasonable, both ladies were professional, on time, prepared, accommodating, communicated with me extremely well in the months/weeks/days leading up to my wedding, and FAST (in and out in a little over an hour for 5 people). Not only that, Meraki is a clean and beautiful salon with a great atmosphere. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!

I highly recommend Meraki. My bridal party got our hair and makeup done there, and the stylists were friendly, talented, and efficient. We were all very impressed and we all looked gorgeous! Ciarra made my hair and makeup look absolutely perfect for my wedding day. Also she did a beautiful job on my trial. The salon is a beautiful place to get ready. Wonderful experience!
