Package arrived at the pickup location (I originally chose the UPS store nearby but it got redirected here). It arrived at 9:44am, walked inside at 3:30pm to be told it's not here and won't be until the next business day (I was told Monday even though it was Friday and they were open on Saturday).

I went in to check on a tracking number this morning.. The blonde heavy lady in there is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! She was short with me and acted like me being there was a bother to her!! The other lady was actually trying to help and be decent.. The blonde heavy lady at one point threw her hand up when I was speaking... She was speaking to the lady sitting behind me very nice and civil but was very ignorant with me!! First time dealing with them or there business and definitely will be the last..

Go to pickup a package on 9/14/22 at 9:07am. They're closed, no answer when I call the store. Hours on the door say M-F 8:30am - 6Pm. Great local business...

This woman is a b**** and very rude she told me to take my box and leave the other day because she couldn't function because of all the filth she's a hoarder and very unprofessional I can't believe that ups and fed ex allows this woman to operate using their names. Clean your store up its filthy just like you !

When I walked in with a package, I was greeted with, "just put it on the counter". The two old ladies who work there seem miserable and were very rude and short with me. I wont be using their services again. Lighten up, ladies, or get another job not dealing with people.

Often, we have to return an item to a company. We trust the local shipping store. We don't trust the giant corporation to which we are returning an item. Mail Center Plus refuses to give any type of proof of having dropped it there for FedEx to return. When requested, the answer was "we don't give receipts for drop-offs". When I asked just for proof, I was told "you're welcome to go the the FedEx office", which is in Warwood. UPS store on Washington Ave will always provide proof of drop-off. Again, we trust the local shipping store. We cannot trust the big corporations to care whether we say we dropped it or not.

Notary filled out paperwork wrong causing it not to be able to be processed and we had to have it notarized again elsewhere. They charged us $75 to overnight the forms and $20 for the papers to be notarized. We took the same papers down to the UPS Store in Wheeling and it was a total of $52 to overnight it to the same address and have the same papers notarized to fix their notary's screw up. That's $40 dollar savings but we are still out of the $93 from Mail Center Plus. They offered to fix their notary screw up but we would still have pay again to overnight it at $75. Save your money and go to the UPS Store.
