For fear of sounding bitter and scorned—I’d like to preface this with, I have worked as a district medical office manager for many of years so, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I have just had MULTIPLE instances where they, “never got the refill called in”, just to have it confirmed by the providers office it has been. The last straw is when it happened for the 3rd time with one specific medication—I finally called back for the second time and spoke with an Alyssa who was incredibly unprofessional and implied I lied when I explained I spoke with someone earlier who confirmed my medication was ready. I was put on hold while I heard her ask did anyone speak with her then comes back to me and says there’s only 4 people here and none of us spoke with you. I’m not sure which of the 4 is fibbing to avoid trouble but my call log confirmed I did speak with someone and I shouldn’t need to prove that anyhow, very odd behavior. My husband had JUST left the pharmacy for the third time being told my medication was not in the system and while talking with Alyssa, was told “well I can have it ready in 15 minutes it was just called in yesterday”. Attitude aside, which was outrageous, it was a very strange way of admitting fault and never just offered an apology. I’m so done with the incompetence—the pharmacist herself has charged me out at the counter multiple times (bc the techs are busy usually being chatty and inappropriate) and she’s just the nicest woman—it’s a shame, I will literally never ever be back and will tell everyone with EARS about my experience!

I understand when meds are harder to get, but wow. Make sure they have your number every time you go in or call in, if you are wanting notified when a script is filled.

Ordered a delivery. Never received the order. Used Krogers online chat help. Found out the order was delivered to the wrong address. They refused to have the person go back and deliver the order to the correct house. I asked to speak to a manager. Said they couldn't help me with that. They said all they could do was give me a refund that would be back in my account in 7-10 business days. That's it. So I called the store directly and spoke with a manager at Krogers. She very quickly said it wasn't their responsibility and I needed to call Instacart. No apology nothing. Just rushed me off the phone. Called Instacart. They said sorry and they will make sure that person would not do any future orders of mine. That's it. Both of these companies cared so little about my order. So now I have to wait 7-10 business days just to get my money back. Have no groceries and need to find a new place to shop for groceries because I will never spend a dime there. Zero care for customer satisfaction at all levels.

They are rude and take forever. Every single time. So I switched to Walgreens and they are phenomenal.

Asked for them to order my flovent twice in a week and on both days when it was supposed to be in they said it wasn't ordered. They are disrespectful and are unequipped to get people medication they need when they need it. The Warwood or wellsburg locations would be a better use of your time.

Even when it's really busy, they're always nice & answer all questions you may have. I've had all my meds filled there for yrs now & can't imagine going anywhere else.
