This place is trash. Let’s see where to start. Both vacuums took my quarters. The third bay I tried to use the foam brush but it didn’t work, moved to the second bay. The knob where you pick was broken and the regular wand only put out soap. So to the first bay car soaped add more quarters when beeps guess what it doesn’t beep. So down to duggers to get money because I only had 7 quarters left. So $30 later I got 2 cars washed.

I don't know. Couple stars for the okay wash some water spots and sticky stuff left inside my car but whatever. Minus one star for the air freshener I paid for and didn't get. Whatever not a big deal didn't even want to go inside and ask about it after the service. Nice guys but apparently from the exact same sitting area as everyone else I managed to hear every car but mine get called? Sat around for almost two hours wondering what the hell was up but didn't wanna bother them- when I finally worked up the balls to ask some guy ran up and yelled "2 HOURS 2 HOURS THE CARS BEEN DONE." That's fine too- maybe I didn't hear them call my car? Regardless it seems weird to not call again? Maybe call louder? Or honk or walk up to the sore thumb standing around for 2 hours and ask? Wasn't a very friendly vibe at the end. Definitely gonna find a different spot

Nice people but I went to get my car polished and waxed and they absolutely demolished my clear coat and burned through it. Didn't see it this morning but now my car is way worse than it was before. Plus there's water spots still left in the rear. I was getting my car detailed to sell it but it's in worse shape than before. I'll post photos later when I can get clear pics. So disappointed and I tipped well too.

Arrived shortly after 8am on a Saturday and there was approximately 3-4 cars already present. $150 for a car wash and interior shampoo. Two hours he said. The guy asked if I was waiting or if I would come back. I said I'd wait and he rolled his eyes (I get it) so I said no it's fine I'll come back call me when it's ready. Said they would take two hours and they took two hours! Front desk was very nice and offered me coffee. The technicians who worked on my car were extremely professional and NICE! Great work, attention to detail, made my ten year old car look as good as it could. Happy I found a a place near me that has great service. No bells and whistles here, straight up essentials in the waiting room and great work done here. Highly recommend!

This is the only carwash that I've been to that I dont have to clean my car after them. Prices are very reasonableService is exceptional with all the employees and management. Highly recommended.

I took my car here a few weeks ago and they charge a lot for a mediocre wash and they left stains on the quarter panels. Do not go here, go elsewhere.

My car was in desperate need of a full detail after not having washed my car in nearly 6 months. I didn't know where to go and found this place on yelp and decided to give call. I spoke with the manager who recommended a package that included interior shampoo and exterior detail. Dropped my car off the next day and ran some errands to kill 2 hours. When I picked up the car, I was seriously impressed. It looked brand new and definitely the cleanest it's been. Well worth the money spent. The kind lady inside also gave me some water to help cool down. Definitely coming back with my other cars very soon.

After changing management, this car wash has become my go to!In Burbank, it's extremely difficult to find a car wash that does a good job and not leaving dirt and debris inside the car. Running a vehicle rental company, I bring all of my cars here and cannot be more happy with the professionalism and extremely clean common areas to wait for your vehicle. I am very happy for the team and wish for their services to continue like this!

So my friend went here to wash his car and was so satisfied that he called me and said they did an excellent job! I gave it a try today and I am definitely satisfied by their service and wash. Considering I haven't washed my car since Winter, it looks fresh, clean, and like new today! Seriously I'm happy. Thank you for the new Wash with Class team and I will be back for sure!

It's been three months since my initial review and I thought it would be fitting to give people an update. I am still extremely satisfied with the services provided and find myself here at least once a week with four different cars. Aside from the top notch service I get, I find it quite refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile every single time. At this point I know what package to get on my cars but it was very helpful in the beginning when the gentlemen that write the tickets take the time to explain each package and suggest the right one for me. Since the grand opening, they hired a manager to check each and every car after it's done to make sure it's not only up to their standards but also the customer's standards. Prices are still extremely fair and I actually feel like I'm getting a nice bang for my buck when considering the service I get. They also have an excellent selection of drinks and snacks as you wait for your carwash.My only "complaint" is that they are not open longer so I can squeeze in my fifth car but they are still open the same hours as other washes, if not more.

Definitely avoid this place if you're a woman. The workers are inappropriate and my car smells entirely like cigarettes after going in for a hand car wash... and I don't smoke. Wouldn't come here again, and wouldn't recommend it. Magnolia car wash is right down the street with a much longer wait time, but it's worth it. Wish I would've stuck with magnolia. Also- it's not a hand car wash. They still put your car on a track and use jets. Truly regret putting my Mini Cooper through this

Wow, I've never seen a place with so many 1-star reviews, but from my own experience I know it's true! I'm also giving it a 1-star and I don't recommend going here to waste your money. So expensive and no results with no costumer service. Hard to communicate . They just keep raising the price, lowering the quality of service.

As a loyal customer for many years, I will never return to this car wash because of the lack of concern, quality and customer service. They simply DO NOT CARE. For the first time since coming here, I took my car back after going around the corner to the library and noticing that the front of my car looked like it hadn't even been washed (I mean this literally)! There were also pine needles above the hood (where it meets the windshield) as well as lots of dirt and bird p**** It honestly didn't even look as if it got WET let alone washed!! See pics, and remember these are AFTER the $20.99 wash! Literally returning after 5 minutes, I showed my car to the attendant who writes up the tickets and he said, "That won't come off". Honestly, I was astounded by this statement as it was just bugs, and dirt. I told him I could get it off myself with no special equipment, but he then said I'd have to pay for the wax in order to get the car clean! $39.99 wash after I'd just had a $20.99 "faux wash"? It used to cost $9.99 when I used to come here and they did a great job, now it's more than doubled and they don't even try to clean it properly? Worst part was, there was literally no other car in line to get washed and the workers were just sitting around. No apology, no "let us make it right", or "that is simply unacceptable", just, "Pay more." Initially, I couldn't believe my luck when I arrived and it was empty, but now I'm not surprised it was dead on a Friday afternoon. I'm also upset that I gave the guy a good tip for absolutely nothing! Btw, I cleaned the car myself when I got home with a cloth and a bottle of waterless car wash spray. Not a big deal for them to have taken a few minutes to do at the car wash and keep a loyal customer. Can't see them being in business much longer with this business model.

If the vacuums worked better it would be a much nicer place to go. I have also put quarters in to get a towel or air freshener or something and NOT ONCE has anything come out so I don't even try anymore.
