Had a 10-year old leather bracelet whose clasp was falling apart. Although acknowledging they didn't work much with leather, they worked through options with me when I told them it was a sentimental piece. They found a clasp on an inexpensive bracelet that was almost a perfect match - purchased that and then attached it seamlessly to my old bracelet. Extremely pleased at the care, attentiveness, worksmanship and price. Nothing but good things to say about my experience at this store.

A few weeks ago I came to you to resize (& at your suggestion) fuse together my engagement diamond and wedding bands. The diamond sparkles beautifully and sits up more in the setting. My husband wanted it done for our 30th Anniversary & I am so pleased with it. Thank you.

I needed some work done on my husbands grandmothers wedding ring from 1933. The craftsmanship exceded my expectations. They put a new band, new prongs and made it glisten like it was brand new. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful. I called because I was having a hard time finding someone that would do jewelry repair on an antique ring from the great depression. It was my great grandmother's wedding band. And although I ultimately decided to go with my Aunts jeweler who specializes in antique jewelry restoration in another state I did have them fix my wedding band which isn't nearly as old. The prongs to one of the diamonds on my band had sheared off and I had lost the diamond. They actually got my band fixed extremely quickly and didn't charge me and arm, leg and vital organ. I am so happy and am incredibly grateful!! They did a wonderful job.

Had to fight a little street construction but it was worth it. Had a bail added to a small pendant while I waited. Friendly, knowledgeable and honestly does everything you need regarding jewelry in store! Highly recommended!
