Honestly I didn’t even want to give one star. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY! My husband called about having our transmission rebuilt in our suv made sure to let him know year make model of the vehicle along with telling him it’s also an 8 speed transmission. He assured us that he can do it bring it down and gave us a quote. We then dropped it off last week, told us it would take about a week to 2 weeks, we called today just to check the status of it and see how it was going, he then said I can’t do it because it’s an 8 speed transmission and he wasn’t told it was. ( we told him 3 times) so we called him back and told him that we will be there today to pick up the car and we will find someone else he then said well that’s a problem because it’s on my lift tore apart, my husband said well I’ll be there in an hour hour and a half put it together I’m coming to get it, my husband gets there two hours later and the car is still on the lift tore apart & no one there. Guy finally shows up & and tells him I’ll put it back together and he can winch it on the trailer, My husband then said no, it drove in here it’s going to drive back out! Dude got in his face being a d-bag so my husband said put the car together put the fluid in it! I’m not leaving till this car is moving on its own power like it was when it got dropped off here! Dude did what my husband said & when my husband got in the car to put it on the trailer he said there was ATF fluid all over his hands just from driving it onto the trailer. So now my car will have to be detailed after I get it fixed for the second time! Please stay away! I wish I would have done my research!!

Took 3mounths to get truck back and when I got it back 4x4 drive was messed up and no Reverse and he will not fix it when I went back he cussed at me and told me to get off his property that it's not his fault i paid him 2500 dollars for my truck to be worst then when I took it to himService: Transmission

Stay away from this place. This guy is very shady, I wish I would’ve done my research before I never would’ve went to him. It took 4 months to rebuild my transmission when the original quote was one to two weeks and then only wanted to take back claimed the card machine was down. Left the inside of my car dirty so now I have to get it detailed to get these black stains off my doors. It was a nightmare experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED FOR 3 MONTHS, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.I USED ALL CAPS SO THAT EVERYONE COULD KNOW NOT TO USE THIS SHOP!

Transmission went out while working out of state I really needed it fixed to get back home and the price I was quoted I could almost get 2 new ones for.

I really wish I could give this place a 0 star. The Transmission seemed to be going out in my daughters vehicle because it wouldn't stay in park. We got it towed to this place because we assumed they would be able to take care of the issue. It took 3-4 weeks for them to get back to us and all they said was that it needed a new transmission. We trusted them to do the work, which took another week or so. When we picked it up, it was making a clicking sound but was extremely misaligned..the steering wheeling was completely sideways. We took it to be aligned at their recommendation and that shop informed us that the transmission work was not done correctly...including missing and incorrect sized bolts, damaged bell housing, leaking transmission and a rack and pinion with too much play, so they were unable to align it without doing another $1,000 worth of work. We took it back to get a refund and the response was- it drives and parks now, I must have done something right. He offered to fix the issues but I'm not making the same mistake twice. I guess we will be taking them to court to get our money back. Do not go here, the money you think you will be saving will be money you have to spend plus some to fix the work they messed up.
