There service and installation was fast.Ken Fields did an excellent job on setting up the hospital bed, was kind and explaned operation.Ok few days later order went through for O2 concentrator.Was calling to check on it.Was on hold for over 20 minutes and still did not get anyone, I gave up.Terrible phone support.
