I ordered an item they said they had in stock. Then 4 days later they emailed me and said they DO NOT have it in stock so they canceled my order. Thank you for wasting mine and my customers time. Will not give them another opportunity.

When you say you have a part in stock, and I order it. Then you wait a week later to credit my bank account without even notifying me, because it ends up you did not actually have that part, is not good customer service, especially when I'm depending on that part to fix a customer's truck! Get your parts inventoried so you know what you really have in stock and stop being a inconvenience to us customers who are trying to buy the parts you said you had in stock!
