I am frustrated with Chase and this branch. One employee has tried to help me, but she always ends up telling me that someone else will have to help me. That never happens. Also, I’ve been told that this branch can’t do what I’m needing, so they give me a number to call. Unhelpful service.

There is this little guy…ummmm… I went get some advice. Is he a banker? It’s bank, right? Other chase staffs don’t act like that?

I love banking with chase but this branch makes me want to close my account. In the mortgage process they have not been the slightest bit helpful. They made up a rule that they aren’t allowed to sign or fill out a form I needed to get my mortgage. I went to the Wintersville location and they immediately did it for me.
