If there was an option for 0 stars that's what they would get. Had a rental approved through my insurance for 30 days. They had my car for over 40 days. The seats have mud on them now. When I dropped it off there was mud on the floor boards. Magically moved onto my seats. Also, best part, as I pulled out of the lot my low tire indicator pops up. $7000 and almost a month and a half later and they let me leave with a low tire. The guy drove it to the front door for me. How did he miss this? Now after reading other reviews, I feel the need to do my own inspection to be sure they actually filled my fluids and that I don't have obviously missing parts. They will never get another dime from me. Worst car experience I've ever had.

Without a doubt, the best collision center I worked with. I have NEVER dealt with a collision center that will cover rental car fees. They are partnered with my insurance company and when the parts were delayed they took over rental payments until my vehicle was finished. Stellar work and customer interaction. They held up their end of the bargain and that's hard to find these days.

So far my car has been at Bob Robinson Collision for 3 full weeks for more than $8000 in repairs from a hit and run rear end accident. The people are awesome, attentive and polite. There was a small snag waiting for my insurance company to comment on a supplement request which delayed things beyond the initial estimated timeline, but we seem to be back on track. I have not yet seen my car since I dropped it off...but everyone I ask says I'm in good hands. I hope they are right, this is my MidLifeCrisis Vehicle...I will only be able to do this once...if it doesn't come back in pre-accident condition, I will be heartbroken. I'm gonna go with the middle of the road and give it 3 stars since we are starting the 4th week of them having my car. I know the delay was, at least partially, due to my insurance company...but maybe if the supplement request had been sent sooner we'd be further along and perhaps not going into the 4th week. Update to follow when all is said and done.

I am familiar with Bob Robinson's through their HIghlands location. What is similar between there and the collision center are the people. They are friendly, polite and do their best to resolve the problems with your vehicle. I have had two repairs done at the collision center - the first was done poorly. I literally had to go home and try to remove several inches of a material that can only be described as caulk from a driver's side mirror. The second repair went much better. This building or office though needs a thorough cleaning. It is dated and looks like it hasn't seen a mop or dust rag in decades. Seriously, since when does a car repair place not have a waiting room. One of my repairs was expected to take only 30 minutes so I asked to wait. I was left to sit in a chair next to someone's desk. Obviously they don't want customer's waiting. There had been what looked like a waiting area but between my first and second visit they did away with that. The other visit I was told to walk up to the Center Market for awhile. Like I said if you are familiar with Robinson's at the HIghlands - don't expect the same experience.

If I could give a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. And the salesman, Rob P., was so rude. There has only been one person nice I have talked to there. I called several times for an oil change and was promised a free inspection, and never received a call back to schedule. I called the salesman, Rob, the service department and even a manager. Each time, I was told that I would get a call back. I even sent an email with my concerns and Rob answered it saying he would look at inventory on the lot. WHAT?!? I don't want a new vehicle yet, just an oil change. Never again. They threatened that my warranty wouldn't be covered if I went somewhere else, but what am I to do? I had to pay for my inspection someplace else and now need to get an oil change ASAP because they kept giving me the run around.I will definitely be buying my next Cadillac or any vehicle from someplace else. I should have listened to my friends when they told me NOT to go there. :(

All the staff are kind, professional and patient. Of course, we all want our cars returned perfectly repairs 10 minutes after an accident. Obviously that cannot happen. The work they completed was done to perfection. I highly recommend them. five stars

I will never go back to this auto shop , they could never tell me when my car would be done or when the parts would be in . But when my boyfriend or father would call they could tell them all the information they needed. They had my car for a month , they said it would be done on the 13th and wasn’t done till the 23rd
