Gerry ignored me, in person & on the phone while never calling me after saying he would.
I’m from NY so idk any1 local but the 1st time I went here I asked if he could fix/replace my driver side mirror. He said he’d have to look it up and let me know.
I waited for a call for 2+ weeks. Then called him to ask if he was able to get the info…he wasn’t able to & would call me back.
Weeks passed by so I went in person & he said “oh yea I meant to call you, I’ll get that info & let you know”.
Still NEVER called months later. Guess he doesn’t care about new customers…which is fine but then say that you’re not taking new clients on.

Gary explained what the charges would be before he started the repair. The total was less than quoted. It is great to save money and deal with honest people. Definitely recommend The Auto Shop.

The nicest people you want to work on your car. I was there 2 1/2 hours but they told me it would be about that time. Got my car done and out of there. I am a very happy person

Called to get a apt set up for my dodge grand caravan to get the oil pressure sensor replaced. I was quoted 140 and I made an apt. Fast forward to Monday. They are now trying to charge me 800, and they are telling me it's my fault for not giving them my engine type and they didn't know the engine I had when quoting me. Well come to find out my year make and model can only have one type of engine. And even better the 5 different types of 2013 dodge grand caravans only come with one engine. So being an auto repair shop they should of known this. And blaming me is their way of covering their butts for a staff member under quoting me. ? Honor your quote. Won't be reccomending or using this place ever.

As a fan of pre-2000s vehicles, I have a fair bit of experience with issues and breakdowns. As a lady who probably comes off as knowing a lot less about my vehicles than I do, I also have had my fair share of unpleasant and mediocre mechanic visits. The folks at the auto shop were great! Would recommend to friends.
