“Oglebay Institute's Stifle Fine Arts Center is a gem in Wheeling, WV. The building itself is a beautiful historic mansion. It features live musical entertainment, the Stifel Dance School, art displays, art and craft classes, and more.”
“Very cute local art gallery. You could buy pieces at reasonable prices. They had additional crafts and jewelry that you could buy from local artists too. No one came up to bother you as you looked around. There was also a coffee shop but I didn't try it.”
