This branch is awful. They can’t even explain how processing works and that there is NO PROCESSING on the weekends. How as a teller do you not know this? And how is it that more than one of the tellers are saying that an automatic transfer would go through immediately. Absolutely no processing happens on the weekends. If an automatic transfer is set up and it falls on a weekend it will not be in the other persons bank until Tuesday. Retrain these tellers immediately because they don’t know even know how banking works. Thats insane. Are they telling people their checks will process the next day on a Saturday and be available Sunday or Monday? How many other customers are they lying to? So glad we are closing these accounts out. Do not do business with them!!!

Worst bank to bank with. Very rude workers. Bank there for long time. Now all of sudden since they have new group running it have to move to another bank can't get along with them. Not cashing checks being rude to kids. Will be moving on to find more friendly bank that value there customers instead of treating me like trash!!!!

I called talk to Hilary in the Westover bank asking for a new card , the one they sent me was defective, she told me she would have to give me a whole new card and number so I called another united bank and she lied, I’m getting same card number sent to me !

Terrible banking experience, every deposit I've made has had a hold on it for 10days as an extra security measure, but they say I can close my current account and open a new one and that will release the security feature. What?!?!?
