These guys are awesome, I'm on a 3000+ miles bike trip. I had some clutch issues and Cam and forgive me the other Service advisor got me right in even though they were super busy! They went above and beyond to give a traveler the help I needed and more! 5 Stars for sure!

Not only does this place have beautiful looking motorcycles, but they are community driven and have a great team of people. They let the West Virginia Counseling Association host a few trainings for WV therapists this year and you couldn’t ask for a better group of people! Thank you to the Triple S Harley-Davidson Team!

Cliff and Jennifer needs to take a hard look at the service department. Four weeks to fix a problem still not resolved because they lied and said the part was ordered when indeed it was not ordered! And the bike is still under warranty!
UPDATE- Well it took over a YEAR but the part was finally received, now to get it on the bike! Will update with finished results!

I was unable to visit the store when passing through. However, Skylie was so amazing in sending me photos of shirts to choose from. I bought 2 shirts, & again, Skylie was super-exceptional in getting my order together, taking my payment over the phone, & having my order shipped out the same day!! A VERY AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Skylie, you're THE BEST!!!
