“I went to the local Chevy dealer in Morgantown about my truck having a leak from the gas tank. I explained to them i was from out of state, as I was dropping my child off at WVU and I was leaving the next day. The dealer said they might be able to look at the truck but can guarantee they would have the part or could even fix the problem. I asked them if there was a local shop they knew about and they said Westover Tire.
Well I'm glad I went to them. They fixed my truck in under 2 1/2 hrs. They put in a new fuel sending unit and obviously no more leak. Just want to thank them for helping me out. And when my child returns here for school next year with a vehicle, he'll be taking to Westover Tire if any problems come up. Thanks again!”

“If you have a student that needs car  repair work done , I am going to recommend Doug’s towing and car shop. The owners are absolutely amazing and so empathetic. They truly care about the students but get such a bad rep because they tow cars. We have to keep in mind that they have a job to do as well and contract with Canvas Apartments. I feel so comfortable knowing that this man took the time out to talk to my son and give him good advice about car maintenance. He told my son if he needs anything done as far as car work to come see him personally and recommend other students, and he will give them a good deal. They do have some bad reviews on their website regarding their customer service and towing issues but everyone’s situation is different. You got to show respect in order to get respect back even when stressful event is occurring. I personally met the owners today and was very appreciative that they looked out for my son.”
