Always a pleasant experience here! The environment is friendly, and I never leave disappointed in the results! Cindy always does a great job on my eyebrow wax, and Amanda did a great job highlighting my hair back in October! I always look forward to coming here!

All is good except one thing: the staff wasn't informative about tanning sessions expiring, so I lost money. I told them my frequency when I bought the package, so that should've been mentioned and I would've just paid one at a time. However, that was only once and is otherwise a good place.

I have been going to tan at shear bliss for over 5 years now. I know its just 10 dollars for no shows. Which is 5 each time missed. But I explained how I did call both times and went to voice mail asking for leave back number. My father was hospitalized both times and I was emergency room with my father who was fighting for life cause if the Corona virus. I was told today if I didn't pay the 10 dollars no show I couldn't tan. Not only did I pay monthly but I upgrade also.

Rude service on tanning side of salon. Said I was late and no showed to which I DID not ; staffing messed up schedule to which the owner even told me I was lying and said she wouldn’t charge me this time but to make sure to look at my calendar . Staff is very rude . Would NOT recommend to anybody. Now at a well established salon in buckhannon and am loving the beds and the amazing service

Not good at the tanning salon.Expensive and their beds are junk! And if there is bulbs out, they refuse to fix them! Plus, I got my very expensive lotion stolen there after I left it in the room after leaving! AND, if you are late by 15 min, they will not let you lay....AND God forbid you forget to call & cancel if needed because they will charge you $5 before you can lay again! Staff is not friendly either! Oh yeah, the FANS do not work in their bronzer bed ?I will not be returning and yes, I lost out money, but I now lay at a well established, clean, tanning salon in Buckhannon in which it's cheaper in a level 3 bed than it was at Weston AND brand new beds!

I was there today and I do recommend shear bliss that’s the only salon I go to usally see Genelle but today Jessica did my highlights and she did awesome haven’t had anyone bad yet all the girls are great

Love the hair side but the tanning side has very rude workers and I will never go there again for how I was treated the last time !
