I was hit by a drunk driver in may. My car was sent to Hitt’s garage to have the whole passenger side replaced. I picked it up Monday afternoon and I’m telling you it looks brand new!
They treat you like family and make sure you get the best possible service! Thanks again guys!

I was broken down out of state .They lied and stated I need a new battery and alternator. I advised them just replaced a day . They charged me almost $600, My car broke down 20miles down the road they refused to come get my car.I had another shop look.at it.Thier mechanic messed up my wiring to alternator. Hitts refused to take responsibility and never gave me any refund or help me.

I took my vehicle here upon recommendation. The service far exceeded my expectations. The communication from the garage to customer was the best I have ever experienced. They were very friendly, transparent, and honest. I will be a return customer and highly recommend this garage!

I hit a deer. I dropped my car off a mess and when I picked it up it was fixed and sparkling clean inside and out. They did a beautiful job and I was extremely pleased with the cost since I was paying out of pocket. The staff was very helpful, kept me update as to when my car would be ready to pick up. Hitts did a good job fixing the truck but they scratched the paint on the bed but would not own up to doing it but it is fresh scratches and I'm not happy about it

Lost the oil in my 750 BMW. I called a different tow company, they never showed.i called Hitts they came quickly to our hotel. They arranged parts and came in on Saturday to do the repairs even though they were closed.Awesome.

I was in a vehicle wreck and needed it to be estimated as soon as possible since it was sitting at the wrong place for a week due to my insurance. They did the estimate and took care of me within 24-48 hours. I appreciate the quick turn around on this and would use their services if I ever needed it again. Everyone was professional, extremely helpful and kind when I got there in person to clean the vehicle out.

I was traveling down south with my four kids when my check engine light came on. I prayed and prayed to find an honest mechanic. My cousin sent me a link to Hitt's Garage and so that is where I went. They were so kind, they could have told me anything and charged me hundreds of dollars, how would I have ever known?! Their mechanic checked it out, told me I was ok. I was able to finish my trip -safely!!! And I did. I wish there were more honest people like them in this world! Thank you again for your kindness.

Absolutely awful. Destroyed my husbands rims on his car that weren’t even supposed to be touched, left scratches all of the car, and didn’t fix the headlight that they said was going to be fixed. Now they won’t own up to there mistakes. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.

I have seen multiple issues come out of this shop. Damaged Wheels, work being done not asked for, work asked for not being done, then not even owning up to issues they have caused. Close friend of mine, was an employee there used to recommend them to anyone, but sadly since the unfortunate change of management this place has gone down the drain.

Absolutely terrible. We used to take all of our vehicles there, but now that is going to change. They were supposed to fix a dent in the side of my husbands vehicle, after having said vehicle for 20 days we got it back with more damage than it went in with. The rims are destroyed and they are refusing to fix them(they weren’t even supposed to be on the passenger side of the car or touching the wheels.), there are scratches everywhere, the headlight that was busted wasn’t fixe
