Was traveling from Florida when my axle locker light began blinking. Just happened to be near the Weston exit. It was getting close to closing time but they didn’t hesitate one bit to put my jeep on the lift immediately and diagnose the problem. They were able to order the part and we made an appointment to have them do the repairs before my return trip. Can’t thank them enough for their courtesy and professionalism.

Recently used H&M Motors for an alignment for our son’s car (he is currently overseas in the Coast Guard). The car was severely pulling to the left. Our mechanic took it there for an alignment after putting in a new axle. Car is still pulling to the left. Alignment cost $85.60. Spoke with a person from dealership. They said to look at paperwork and that it was aligned and should not be pulling to the left. They did not offer to look at it again or refund the cost. Not very good customer service.

We’ve bought many cars over the years, and H and M Motors in Weston hands down was the best experience we ever had. Heath (also the GM) handled our purchase from start to finish. You guys have earned a lifetime customer, and we will recommend you guys to everyone! Thanks again!

Being one of the only Dodge/ Chrysler/ Jeep dealerships in the vicinity, H And M Motors provides quality work in a reasonable time frame. I have taken my vehicle to them on several occasions. The first visit, I spoke to another dealership prior, which is closer to my home. They could not even schedule me for a diagnostic for nearly a month. Within a week, H And M had discovered the issue and fixed it.
