First, they have never required masks here. Secondly, the blonde lady is really rude. She is constantly on her personal phone and leaving the other staff to run registers and tend to clients. While I was shopping most recently (which will be my LAST time - I'd rather drive to Elkins) she was so rude to me when I attempted to ask her questions. Her tone was very snippy and snide. Maybe it was because I was dressed in scrubs from where I had stopped after work. She clearly has favorites and will spend all her time tending to one special shopper instead of the entire store. Disappointed.

They did have what I was looking to purchase but the store clerk was not friendly at all. It seemed like more of an inconvenience to answer my questions and check me out. I only went into the store once because I did receive bad service. I don't plan on shopping there again.
